LUVWATR California Consumer Privacy Statement
Effective Date: November 3, 2025

This California Consumer Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies solely to the personal information of California residents collected online and offline by [Legal Company Name d/b/a “LUVWATR”] (“LUVWATR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. Terms defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), have the same meaning here.

1) Notice of Collection and Use of Personal Information

We may collect (and within the past 12 months may have collected) the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, alias, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address, account name, device IDs, cookies, and similar identifiers).

  • Additional data under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e) (e.g., payment card details processed through our payment providers; limited government ID for tax/age checks if applicable).

  • Protected Classification Characteristics (e.g., age; other characteristics if you choose to provide them).

  • Commercial Information (e.g., products purchased, viewed, or considered; order history).

  • Internet / Electronic Network Activity (e.g., browsing history, search history, interactions with our website, apps, or ads).

  • Geolocation Data (approximate).

  • Sensory Data (e.g., photos or videos you submit; call recordings if you contact support by phone).

  • Employment Information (only if you apply for a job or represent a business partner).

  • Inferences (drawn from the information above to create a profile about preferences).

Purposes for Use

We use personal information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and, specifically, to:

  • Provide Services: operate our site, process/fulfill orders, manage accounts, provide customer service, process payments, and verify customer information.

  • Improve & Personalize: debugging, analytics, research, testing, quality, and safety; personalize content and experiences.

  • Marketing & Advertising: including cross-context behavioral advertising (as allowed by law), and measuring performance.

  • Security & Compliance: detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, illegal activity, and enforce terms.

  • Short-Term, Transient Use: contextual customization during the same interaction.

  • Legal Obligations: tax, reporting, regulatory requirements.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes above, comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements (see Data Retention below).

2) Our Prior Collection, Sources, and Disclosures (Past 12 Months)

(a) Sources of Personal Information

  • Directly from you (e.g., site visits, purchases, forms, contests, surveys, customer support, marketing preferences).

  • Your devices & browsers (automatic collection via cookies, pixels, SDKs).

  • Friends/Referrers (e.g., when someone shares content on your behalf).

  • Service Providers & Vendors (e.g., payment processors, fulfillment, analytics, support).

  • Business Partners (e.g., distributors, co-marketing partners).

  • Social Media & Third-Party Platforms (where you interact with our pages or ads).

  • Advertising & Analytics Providers.

  • Public Sources (e.g., public databases).

  • Affiliates (if applicable).

(b) Disclosures of Personal Information

In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories listed in Section 1 to the following categories of recipients for business purposes:

  • Service Providers & Contractors (e.g., payment, hosting, logistics, customer support, marketing/advertising, analytics).

  • Business Partners (e.g., distributors, co-marketing).

  • Professional Advisors (e.g., auditors, law firms).

  • Affiliates (if applicable).

  • Law Enforcement/Regulators (as required by law).

  • Parties to Corporate Transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset transfer).

  • Social Media / Ad Platforms & Search Providers (limited data for advertising/measurement as described in our Cookie Notice).

(c) “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, under the CCPA, certain uses of cookies and similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” In the past 12 months, we may have sold or shared (as defined by the CCPA) the following categories to advertising/marketing partners: Identifiers, Protected Classifications (as provided by you), Commercial Information, Internet/Electronic Network Activity, Geolocation Data, and Inferences.

  • You can opt out of “sale” or “sharing” by using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and adjusting cookie preferences in our Cookie Notice. Your choices are browser/device-specific.

  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

3) California Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know/Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months, along with categories of sources, purposes, recipients, and whether we “sold” or “shared” your data.

  • Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you.

  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): where applicable, limit our use/disclosure of SPI to what’s necessary to provide requested services.

  • Non-Discrimination: receive no discriminatory treatment for exercising any CCPA rights.

4) How to Submit a Request

For Do Not Sell or Share and Limit SPI:

  • Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer and manage preferences in our Cookie Notice.

  • If your browser supports a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser.

5) Verification & Authorized Agents

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity (and, if applicable, your authority as an agent) before fulfilling requests. Verification may require matching information we already hold about you and/or a signed declaration under penalty of perjury. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify directly with us.

6) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide services and complete transactions; comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations; maintain security; resolve disputes; and enforce agreements. Actual retention periods vary by data type and purpose, consistent with our retention schedules.

7) “Shine the Light” (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83)

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. 8) Changes to This Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Material changes will be noted on our website.
